Seller Charter

In order to ensure the highest level of quality at The Design BasketF , we have put together the following Seller Charter. This is to ensure that we provide a superior environment not only for our customers, but also for our community of Sellers. We want to ensure that each of your pieces are featured in the best possible light, surrounded by other high-quality products, and in a way that will inspire customers to purchase from you.
The document covers 7 areas: Quality, Photography, Pricing, Packaging, Customer Service, Shipping, and Returns Policy. All terms listed as ‘Required’ must be adhered to in order to sell your items on The Design Basket. We have also included some recommendations under many of the above headings. These are suggestions in order to help you maximise your sales on the site. They are not essential to your inclusion on the site.
