My name is Joe Kelly and I live on the east coast in Co.Meath, a stone's throw from the river Boyne, near Drogheda. I am a Member of the Crafts Council of Ireland. I've always enjoyed designing and making things with my hands. True to the old adage ''Necessity is the mother of invention'', my VIRAL range of interlocking photo frames came about when my daughter Laura asked me to ''make some frames for my photos''. VIRAL allows you to create a layout of photos (or other media) to suit your space...as few as a set of 3... up to.....The system is precision-made to ensure it assembles and mounts faultlessly, every time, without the need for tools, nails, screws etc. Being transparent, VIRAL works with any decor. My background is in lighting and I am working on a new design for a table/desk lamp which would not look out of place on 'Star Trek' or 'Blade Runner'....watch this space!
